By creating an account or using Settup, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Settup is an AI-powered matchmaking platform that uses voice interviews to build personality profiles and match users based on compatibility. We offer free and premium subscription tiers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.

By submitting content (including voice recordings, photos, and profile information), you grant Settup a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services. You retain ownership of your content.
Settup allows you to connect third-party services (such as Spotify, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others) to enrich your profile. By connecting these services, you authorize Settup to access the data permitted by those services. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their respective terms of service.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Settup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settup and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
